Pre-Order Items: Please Allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of UPS, USPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit and delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in filling a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
